We have been setting the scene for the new
blossoming of this Unity community and center, set as it is among
wildflowers, precious weeds and sand, a little green grass and a few
fledgling tree starts. We have just begun to experience the reality
of our mission of "Touching Hearts & Transforming Lives." I don’t
know the whole of the Divine Plan for our Unity community, but I
have a glimpse of the future.
I see
the depth of our mission intensifying in its focus. I see us growing
in the Consciousness that we are privileged to be here and that we
do have a divine purpose. I see us accepting our divine appointment
as expressions of God, and through The Christ of our Being,
unleashing the pent-up power of Love to devour the hatred and fear
running rampant upon this earth. Each doing our part, using our own
gifts, as a united force.
I
see more and more of us mentoring to children of prisoners through
the Amachi program and by so doing, creating a network of love among
us so strong that nothing can stem our growth.
I see
more of us, determined to give our time and service to the youth of
our own Unity family through assisting in the teaching of our own
children on Sunday mornings, and at other times, regardless of the
personal sacrifice, and doing it in joy!
I see
classes such as "The I of the Storm" attended by every member of
this Unity community, and ongoing classes in Truth that unlock the
doors to the profound understanding and expression of our divinity
right now! I see a rapidly growing and increasing number of us with
an unparalleled strength of commitment to this Unity Community, to
each other, and to making this Unity Center the Light of the World
it is destined to be.
I see
us not arguing for our imagined limitations, but acting confidently
for our infinite capabilities and possibilities. I see us releasing
our addictions. I see the growth of our Unity Community in
consciousness, prosperity, healing, learning, teaching, impacting,
and numbers through our dedication to fulfilling our mission of
transformative love.
Albert Schweitzer said "I don’t know what your destiny will be,
but one thing I know, the only ones among you who will really be
happy are those who will have sought and found how to serve." Jesus The Christ, the WayShower, gave up his separate self, and
experienced Unity with All That Is and the Reality of Eternal Life.
You and I have been called to do the same. We have the opportunity
to do it in Unity together.
The Hopi Elders have said: "At
this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of
all ourselves; for the moment we do, our spiritual growth and
journey come to a halt. The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather
yourselves. Banish the word struggle from your attitude and
vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and
in celebration. We are the ones we have been waiting for.
