Shamanic techniques allow you to learn things from the spirit worlds. We will be doing simple exercises to gain experience in understanding what an altered state of consciousness is like and how you can use the altered state to learn things that would not otherwise be possible. The newly formed Kids At Heart group plans to meet every first and third Wednesdays from Noon to 1:30 p.m. Bring your brown bag lunch and join in the conversation! The recent conversation has been about NDE’s (near death experiences). The group watched a YOU TUBE together about Jill Bolte Taylor, author of A Stroke of Insight.
